Mari’s Lumbar Fusion Patient Story
Before coming to see Dr. Girardi, I was struggling immensely with back pain. I tried physical therapy, injections, medications, but nothing provided lasting relief. It got to the point where it was severely affecting my daily life, making it hard to work, sleep, and exercise.
Choosing to go through with surgery was a turning point. My surgical experience with Dr. Girardi and the team was wonderful—I felt completely informed, cared for, and at ease throughout the entire process. Today, post-operatively, I am doing fantastic. I have regained my quality of life and am finally back to enjoying what I love which is exercising, boating and swimming. Thank you to Dr. Girardi and the entire team for giving me my life back!
